What is my IP address?

You'll find your IP address in the help menu under: What is my IP address?.
If your computer is part of a network with a router/firewall you have to setup PASV mode settings to: Get IP from remote server to be sure the IP address is correct.
Note: The following IP addresses are PRIVATE and not valid for external access to the FTP server:
127.0.0.1 (local host)
10.*.*.*.* (class A)
172.*.*.* (class B)
192.168.*.* (class C)
169.254.*.* (Microsoft autonet address area)
If the What is my IP address? option in the FTP server shows an IP address from one of the ranges above, it is not correctly configured for PASV mode!
