Type the following in the address box:

ftp://username:password@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:port

where:
username = username of the account.
password = password of the account.
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx = your internet IP address.
port = the port of the FTP server (default:21)

Make sure the server is running, that you've setup an account and you gave your internet IP address (not your local IP address!).

Transfer Progress is not displayed

It's not possible for the FTP server to know the final size of the uploaded file until it is completely transfered.

The FTP protocol does not have a command to tell the server the final file size, so it's impossible to display reliable transfer information for uploads.
