Hello,

I am using the following connection string oin several different pages:

'Setup database connection
Set adoCon = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
adoCon.Open "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;User Id=;Password=; Data Source=" & Server.MapPath("fstrack.mdb")
Set rsObject = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset")

It errors in only one page with the following:

Script error detected at line 38.
Source line: adoCon.Open "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;User Id=;Password=; Data Source=" & Server.MapPath("fstrack.mdb")
Description: Unspecified error

I have checked and rechecked and it is exactly the same as the other pages. Is there anything more I can do to troubleshoot?

Thanks,

Randall

I'm not sure but perhaps you need write is like this:
Code:
Set rsObject = CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset")

if you use
Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset") then you are registrering the object as an event target.
