Basic problem: When I first enter a folder, deleting a file works fine. If I subsequently add a file with the same name as the old one, and then try to delete the new file it fails - and you get a mesage it fails. While replacing the file seems to work (no error messages), in practice my next execution using that file seems to have used the 'replaced' one. (There is a version number of the file that gets displayed is how I tell).
Workaround: Go up to the folder's parent and return, Then the delete, etc. seems to work fine. I hope this nuisance gets fixed in a newer release.

Steps:
1) Navigate to proper folder
2) Delete file
3) Upload file from my computer
4) Delete file - I get the error message
---------------------------------------------
I have not tried on another computer.
I will try to later

I was not able to reproduce this error.
Do you also get this message if you connect to another FTP server?
