1. When a file has 0 bytes size, FTP Wanderer reports in remote host files list 1 KB and in properties dialog box Size: 1 KB (0 bytes).

2. I've just upload the file. FTP Wanderer reports modified date as 12.08.2006 11:41 instead of 12.08.2007.

WADs ?

1) I will look into this. Version 3.0 is almost ready so I hope I can find a way to fix this.

2) This is standard FTP behavior, All times are in UTC. If the clocks of the server and client PC are not synchronized it might be possible the datetime stamp has the wrong offset.
You can change this behaviour in Option->Tools->Advanced->Timestamps

Sorry I don't understand. If the time differs 2 hours between local and remote host, it's OK. But why the remote host reports 2006 year instead of 2007 ? The files has been uploaded via FileZilla. So suggested option "Preserve local time stamp" has nothing common with the problem, I'm afraid.

Please note that the datetime representation is handled by Windows, the WININET api, which is also used by IE. So you will probably see the same offset in IE. The display is based on the timezone and UTC time returned by the server.
I do not think I can change anything about this, other than of course not to use the WININET api, but that would mean a complete redesign of the application.

I've just done two screenshotsat the same moment: one from IE6 and second from FTP Wanderer. IE shows 2007 and FTP Wanderer shows 2006.

I don't expect this. I'd like to understand what's going on here.

One maybe usuful observation:

- my local PC has set GMT+1 time,
- today I've downloaded via cURL a file at 9:57,
- FTP Wanderer shows modified time as 16.08.2006 11:57,
- at 12:00 local time FTP Wanderer begins to show correct year - 2007.

Looks like when the local time passes the modifed time of the remot host, the year is properly displayed.

I know about this behavior, but unfortunatelty I can't change it.
The date/time conversion from UTC to local time is handled inside Windows (the WININET api).
