Dear Pablo,

I use your software Quick 'n Easy Mail Service 3.2.5

I have the problem when using it - sometimes process of relaying of messages stays suspended and messages are stored up at folder QUEUE.
SMTP and POP3 processes are working fine at any moment.
That is I can normally read my emailbox, can send letters, but all letters sent to another mail domen are stored up at folder QUEUE and are not relayed.
In order to unsuspend this proces I need to make some manual actions - I need to click QnE icon in Control Panel, then to click STOP button in QnE windows (nothing will be changed) then click STOP button again (I'll see Error message) then click Ok and after that click START in QnE windows.
After all this manual actions server starts to send letters from QUEUE folder.

This problem occurs every day since December! Server process about 40 outgoing and 100 incoming letters per working day and a little less at holiday.

LOG-file does not contain any usefull information.

When I stop and start server only following lines are added:

Last relay operation before this line was following (from LOG-file):

That is it have passed more than 2 hours while I have seen and have unsuspend relay process.

Please advise how it is possible to find out the problem and I ask you to correct this problem as it is an error in code I thik.

I never about this behaviour before, can you give more details?
What did you change after December that might have caused this behaviour?
Did you install a firewall or virurscanner?
Did you try to temporary turn it off?
Can you reproduce this same behaviour on another computer?
If yes, how?

After December we make following thing: all letters located in BAD folder are moved to QUEUE folder twice an our. We had to make it because some post servers are working not good and sometimes are in suspended mode so emails are stored up at folder BAD. We made it in orer to letters can be automatically sent.

No firewall or virurscanner were installed.

I can send log-file to you in order to you can see when problem begins and I can sent these emails to you in order to check.

Yes, you can send the log files, but I'm not sure if I can detect any problems, as it seems to an issue related to this speicific computer.

Did you try to duplicated this behaviour on another computer?
