Code:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<SITES name="Favorites" >
   <FOLDER name="exchange" >
      <SITE name="test" >
         <ADDRESS>localhost</ADDRESS>
         <PORT>21</PORT>
         <PASVMODE>0</PASVMODE>
         <LOGIN>test</LOGIN>
         <PASSWORD>test</PASSWORD>
      </SITE>
   </FOLDER>
   <FOLDER name="Users" >
      <SITE name="text2" >
         <ADDRESS>localhost</ADDRESS>
         <PORT>21</PORT>
         <PASVMODE>0</PASVMODE>
         <LOGIN>text2</LOGIN>
      </SITE>
      <SITE name="test" >
         <ADDRESS>localhost</ADDRESS>
         <PORT>2102</PORT>
         <PASVMODE>0</PASVMODE>

Tools->Options->General->Always download to Local Browser location.

You always must specify all parameters in the XML file.

Yes that should work, but if you modify something in FTP Wanderer is will probably change it back.
