Hi,

I've tried using FTP Wandered many times (as I really like it's simplicity and GUI), but I always come around this problem:

Quote:
[3796] Downloading: "...
[3796] Downloading: "...
[3500] Sending NOOP command...
[3500] Sending request...
[3500] Request sent
[3500] Receiving response...
[3500] Response received!
[3500] 200 OK
[3796] Internet Exception Error 12002

I usually try to download / upload large nested folders. I also tried FTP Wanderer on different PCs (all were WinXP SP2 w/ IE6).

Looking through the forum, I didn't see anybody else with such problems. I saw other people found Pablo Commander to be more robust sometimes. I tried it as well but it too wasn't able to transfer whole folders (but no such error message, though)...

Any help will be graetly appreciated.

Regards,
LM

Looks like a firewall problem to me.
Are you using passive mode?

BTW, the complete error list can be found here:

Thanks for the quick reply!

Nope, no firewall in the way. I don't think it's a firewall issue as some files are bing transferred until the connection breaks.

I didn't try passive mode yet, will give it a try soon.

Many thanks,
LM

There are currently no known problems with FTP Wanderer and if there where I would have already fixed them by now.
If you think you found a problem, please give the exact steps how to reproduce this behaviour.

FTP Wanderer does not support ftps, so you cannot use certificates with it.
