I have been wondering, if there is some kind of a way to block people outside specified countries, to a black side with text: "Sorry, we do not allow people from <Country> to view the site." or something else??

By now i have only been blocking them thougth the languages data from the client. like. GB, DA, SE, NO and so on. but to many have GB or US clients, I have have been looking at GeoIP software, but none of them are any good.

Yes, I think you can write a script that will block certain users based on their IP address.
Basically you need to create a list of ip addresses vs countries and then implement a script which checks for the visitor's IP address.

If you search on Google then I'm sure you will find some examples for this.

Sorry admin. but you cant block based on the ip. becouse im danish and my ip switching between danish, swedish, and german. and i dont have any interess in sharing with german, so i would cut myself and any other 3mobile users off when they are connected by a german ip.

I do not know another way to detect the country other than based on the IP address. Did you try to find something on Google?
