As soon as PayPal payment is enabled, I'm going to be buying the full version of the Mail Server.

However, there's just one feature I can't find that I really need. As it's going to be used as a local mail server, I want the software to allow users to download their emails to Outlook/Thunderbird, but not delete them off the server - i.e. for them to remain in the user categories.

Is this possible? Is there an option to do this, or a way of stopping them from being deleted in Windows? Smile

This is not a feature of the server, but a configuration setting in the mail client. It's not the server that deleted messages from the mailbox, but the mail client! Most email clients have an option where you disable the automatic deleting of messages. In Outlook this option is called 'Leave a copy of messages on the server'

D'oh! Sorry, of course it is. The penny dropped when I started reading your message...

Cheers. Smile
