-ERR too many users

Post by MobyScore » Fri Oct 16, 2009 2:28 pm

I'm evaluating the trial version of Quick 'n Easy Mail Server (as the service version) on a Windows 2008 server with a view to purchase. Everyting is fine for a few hours then we get the error message when logging on to retrieve mail:

0x800CCC90 -ERR too many users

I have set max connections up to 50 and reduced the timeout to 30. (In reality there is only ever two of use connecting.)

The log shows the following (I've changed the IP addresses and passwords):

The only way to get out of this error state is to stop and restart the service. Please can you help?

This is a limitation of the demo version. It does not allow more than 50 connections per session.
